Wooden bowls are partly turned as soon as possible after obtaining the tree, they are then left to air dry for a period of 2/3 years, before they are re-turned and finished with Danish Oil. Woods used include Monkey Puzzle, Burr Oak, Elm, Walnut, Burr Elm, Yew, Mulberry, Chestnut, Holly, Ash, Boxwood, Lacewood, Spalted Beech etc.
